General Manager

About the role

The General Manager will lead La Plus Belle’s beauty, spa and fitness operations in Kuwait, ensuring top‑tier service, strong financial performance and a premium brand image. This senior role combines operational oversight, business development and team leadership to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the beauty centre, spa and fitness facilities, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, financial plans and P&L, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead, train and motivate a multicultural team, handling scheduling, performance reviews and succession planning.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience, manage escalations and drive brand‑building marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular operational and financial reports to senior management and ensure compliance with local labour, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years of senior managerial experience in luxury beauty, spa, wellness, hospitality or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong business acumen with proven financial management capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Bilingual Arabic and English is an advantage.
