General Manager – Pre‑Opening for Luxury Boutique Hotel in Kuwait

About the role
We are seeking a General Manager to lead the pre‑opening of a new 90‑key luxury boutique hotel in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the hotel’s luxury positioning, with a strong focus on the restaurant as the core product.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute all pre‑opening activities, including recruitment, training, and systems implementation.
- Manage the soft and hard opening phases, ensuring seamless operational launch.
- Oversee P&L for rooms, food & beverage, and banquet operations.
- Build and lead a high‑performing team aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate with corporate functions to ensure brand consistency across all guest touchpoints.
Required profile
- Minimum 10–12 years of senior management experience in luxury independent or boutique hotels.
- Strong food‑and‑beverage background with proven success in opening or turning around hotels where dining is central.
- Experience managing multiple units is a plus.
- Currently based in the GCC or willing to relocate to Kuwait.
