Graduate Trainee – Banking Operations (Kuwait National)

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day delivery of business priorities across multiple teams.

• Produce and maintain presentations, reports, meeting packs and management information.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, issues and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate actions across stakeholders, track deliverables and ensure timely completion.
• Contribute to projects and change initiatives that enhance customer experience, efficiency and control.
• Follow policies, procedures and risk controls, escalating issues when necessary.
