About the role
VendIT is looking for a Growth Lead who will own the entire customer lifecycle for its smart vending platform. You will design and execute onboarding, win‑back, loyalty and geo‑triggered campaigns that turn app downloads into active, paying users.
Key responsibilities
- Own and operate the chosen CEM platform (Braze, Iterable, CleverTap or MoEngage).
- Design onboarding journeys, win‑back flows, loyalty mechanics and subscription engines to reach 15 K paying subscribers.
- Create geo‑targeted nudges and push notifications that drive repeat purchases.
- Analyse funnels, cohorts and retention curves to continuously improve MAU and repeat‑purchase rates.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to align messaging with product features and telemetry.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM or growth marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with Braze, Iterable, CleverTap or MoEngage.
- Strong analytical mindset focused on funnels, cohorts and retention rather than vanity metrics.
- Ability to write engaging, human‑sounding push notifications.
