Guest Services Executive – Front Office

About the role

Join the Front Office team at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa in Kuwait as a Guest Services Executive. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check‑in/out, and attentive service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, register them, and issue room keys.
• Process guest payments at departure and close bills accurately.
• Assist guests with any requests during their stay.
• Sell rooms to walk‑in guests at the best possible rate.
• Maintain an operationally ready Guest Services desk, stocked at all times.
• Protect guest privacy by safeguarding personal information.
• Enter registration details into the Opera system and ensure completeness.
• File registration cards and dockets systematically and perform regular checks.
• Scan passports on arrival and store data correctly for CID reporting.
• Prepare Routing Instruction Reports with required documentation.
• Report challenges, negative feedback, or unusual matters to the supervisor.
• Attend daily handover briefings and open safe deposit boxes for guests.

Required profile

• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle cash and confidential information securely.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced front‑office environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera Property Management System.
