Guestroom Attendant – Housekeeping

About the role

The Guestroom Attendant joins Four Seasons’ housekeeping team in Kuwait City, delivering meticulous cleaning and personalized service to guests in a Forbes Five‑Star hotel. You will ensure each guestroom is pristine, comfortable and ready for arrival or departure.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, dust and sanitize all areas of occupied and checkout guest rooms, including bedroom, living, dining and bathroom.
• Provide turndown service and replenish amenities according to hotel standards.
• Identify opportunities to personalize the guest experience and communicate special requests to relevant departments.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment and supplies in good condition.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in housekeeping at a five‑star hotel (preferred).
• Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a courteous, service‑oriented attitude.
