Hairdresser Trainer (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

The Hairdresser Trainer will join White Stores Company in Kuwait City to lead on‑site training for salon staff. This full‑time position focuses on elevating hairstylists’ skills in cutting, styling, coloring, and hair‑care practices, ensuring the team delivers premium services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions on hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques.
• Develop and update training materials, visual aids, and handouts.
• Assess trainees’ performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
• Stay current with industry trends, new products, and emerging techniques.
• Collaborate with salon managers to align training with service standards.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in hair cutting, styling, and coloring.
• Strong knowledge of hair‑care products and treatments.
• Experience delivering training or mentorship in a professional salon environment.
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities.
• Certification in hairdressing or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is advantageous.
