Head Chef - Lebanese Cuisine

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef specialized in Lebanese cuisine to lead our central kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering authentic Lebanese dishes while overseeing all kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present authentic Lebanese dishes according to traditional recipes.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Maintain inventory control and oversee procurement of ingredients.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in Lebanese cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Lebanese recipes and cooking techniques.
• Any nationality (preferred male) with Ahli residency.
