About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead kitchen operations for a premium experiential dining concept in Kuwait, specializing in live‑fire Mediterranean cuisine. The role involves delivering a refined dining experience at scale while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality control, and cost efficiency.
- Design and execute ingredient‑driven menus aligned with premium casual/upscale standards.
- Build, train, and supervise a high‑performing culinary team.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout the kitchen.
- Oversee plating, tableside service, and overall guest experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Head Chef in Mediterranean cuisine, preferably Italian or Northern Mediterranean.
- Background in high‑volume premium casual or upscale dining concepts.
- Strong understanding of ingredient‑led cooking, plating, and guest experience.
- Proven leadership skills in team building, kitchen structuring, and cost control.
