Head of E-commerce

About the role

The Head of E‑commerce will lead the company’s online sales channels, including marketplace platforms, quick‑commerce apps, and direct digital retail partners. You will be responsible for executing e‑commerce strategies, optimizing product visibility, and driving online revenue growth in line with sales and marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, availability, and promotional content across all e‑commerce platforms.
• Monitor digital shelf performance, ensure proper product placement, categorisation and content accuracy.
• Execute strategies to increase online sales volume, revenue and market share, analysing trends and conversion rates.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, bundle offers and seasonal promotions with the Marketing team.
• Track platform analytics, campaign performance and ROI, preparing regular reports.
• Enhance the online customer journey through improved product descriptions, images, ratings and reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital sales, preferably in FMCG or beverages.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of e‑commerce platforms and online merchandising.
• Proficiency in Excel, analytics dashboards and content management tools.
