Head of Supply Chain Management

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Head of Supply Chain Management to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations. Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will shape strategic plans that boost productivity, quality and overall operational efficiency across purchasing, inventory, vendor selection and distribution of finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly raw material plans and enforce company purchasing policies.
• Manage demand and supply planning, including monthly and yearly forecasting of purchases and orders.
• Analyze cost and suitability of supplies against technical specifications.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, shippers and contractors to secure optimal commercial terms.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier contracts and overall performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchase requirements and communicate new supply sources.
• Provide strategic direction to Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
• Oversee fleet, garage and customs clearance operations.
• Review daily routines, monitor sales and production plans, and prepare management reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar senior supply chain role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record in Food & Beverage, FMCG or large‑scale manufacturing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP software.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
