Hostess / Guest Service Associate (GSA)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess / Guest Service Associate to be the first point of contact for our diners. You will welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience in a premium restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to maintain smooth guest flow and timely seating.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle reservation requests.
• Present menus and provide basic information about the restaurant and menu offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist guests with special requests and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate issues to the Restaurant Manager when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess, Guest Service Associate, or Receptionist in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine‑dining establishment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Pleasant personality with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork attitude and positive outlook.
• Female candidates preferred.
