Hotel Manager

About the role

The Hotel Manager acts as the strategic business leader of the property, overseeing all operational areas and stepping in as General Manager when required. This role ensures the brand’s service standards are met, drives revenue growth, and maximizes financial performance while maintaining high guest and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Front Office, Retail, Recreation, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Event Management functions.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the brand’s business plan.
• Monitor financial performance, review budgets, and control capital expenditures.
• Coach department heads to manage occupancy, rates, wages, and controllable expenses.
• Identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain profit margins without compromising guest or employee experience.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience.
• Proven experience in hotel or property management, sales, and marketing.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
