Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will play a key part in creating memorable stays by delivering attentive service and maintaining a safe, well‑organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clean guest rooms according to established standards, making each stay special.
• Assist guests with requests such as extra toiletries, directions, or other immediate needs.
• Report room status, repairs, and supply levels to the supervisor and log any lost‑and‑found items.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment when required.
• Manage inventory of supplies and amenities, aiming to minimise waste.
• Reunite lost items with owners and record them according to policy.
• Wear the uniform with pride and maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties, deep‑cleaning projects, turndown service, and other tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
