HR & Admin Executive – Immediate Hire in Kuwait

About the role

We are urgently hiring an HR & Admin Executive to support our human resources functions and manage daily administrative operations in Kuwait. The role combines HR responsibilities with office administration to ensure smooth and professional workplace processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
• Support payroll preparation and related documentation.
• Handle visa processing, residency renewals, and other government procedures.
• Ensure company policies comply with Kuwait labour regulations.
• Manage office administration, procurement, and facility activities.
• Liaise with government authorities, service providers, and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to management and various departments.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of relevant HR and administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and HR practices.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment and administrative functions.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
