About the role

The HR Assistant – Recruitment provides essential administrative support to the Recruitment and Onboarding team, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, helping to deliver a positive experience for all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and other employment-related documentation.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment system.
• Track recruitment activities and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Communicate with candidates about interview logistics, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
• Collect, verify, and file pre‑employment and onboarding documents.
• Support onboarding activities to guarantee a smooth start for new hires.
• Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and related administrative documents.
• Build positive working relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.

Required profile

• Degree educated, ideally in a business‑related subject.
• Substantial experience in a recruitment or talent role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well‑developed analytical abilities, capable of working with data to generate insights.
• Passion and commitment to improving the organization through people.
