HR Associate

About the role

The HR Associate will support the HR Manager in delivering comprehensive HR services across the organization. Working closely with managers and employees, the role ensures compliance with policies, smooth HR operations, and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with business and management teams while coordinating HR activities.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in employee relations, grievance, disciplinary, and workplace investigations.
• Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process.
• Assist in the annual salary and bonus review process.
• Keep job descriptions accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Support HR projects such as job leveling, salary structure reviews, and organizational initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation for audit and compliance.
• Monitor attendance and follow up on related matters.
• Assist with payroll coordination and compensation & benefits administration.
• Support employee training and development activities.
• Provide general HR administration to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent management, performance management, and salary structures.
• Bilingual communication abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build close working relationships within a team.
• Experience in multicultural, diverse organizations.
• Result‑driven, creative, and assertive.
