About the role
We are seeking an energetic HR Coordinator or HR Officer to support our human resources function. The ideal candidate can start immediately or within one week, ensuring a smooth continuation of daily HR activities and recruitment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and maintain employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and support payroll, attendance, and leave administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Availability to join immediately or within one week is highly preferred.
