HR Manager – Graduate Programme & Operations

About the role

NATS, the UK’s leading air navigation service provider, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead people‑related activities in Kuwait. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management, and will drive the graduate programme to support the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the graduate programme, including recruitment, onboarding, training and partnership development with universities.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes for all new hires.
• Address employee queries, grievances and engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with Kuwaiti labour law.
• Identify training needs, develop and deliver training programmes, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Oversee performance review cycles, provide guidance to managers and implement improvement plans.
• Develop, maintain and audit HR policies and procedures to meet local and international standards.
• Maintain HR records, produce metrics reports and use analytics to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational or aviation environment.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead graduate programmes and manage employee relations.
