HR Supervisor – Full‑Time Position in Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to lead our human resources function in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise HR staff and manage departmental activities.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and organisational policies.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare HR reports and contribute to strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
