HR Supervisor – Lead HR Initiatives in Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to drive our human resources strategy in Kuwait. You will lead recruitment, payroll, training, and government‑relations activities while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
• Manage government relations, including visas, labor permits, and residency procedures.
• Lead performance management, KPI implementation, and employee evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Kuwaiti labor regulations.
• Assist with workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience covering recruitment, payroll, training, and government relations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS and payroll systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
