About the role
We are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee health, safety and environmental activities on our construction site. The role involves leading safety initiatives, conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day HSE activities at the site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify hazards.
- Ensure compliance with PPE and safe working practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Monitor high‑risk activities and work permits.
- Support risk assessments and Job Safety/Method Statements.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses.
- Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety records.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and project management.
- Follow up on corrective actions and safety observations.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- 5–8 years of HSE experience, preferably in construction, facility management, MEP or engineering projects.
- IOSH, OSHA or NEBOSH certification.
- Strong site supervision and communication skills.
