About the role

The Human Resources Manager will support the full scope of HR responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices to enhance overall workforce effectiveness. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leadership while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
• Conduct performance management processes and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
• Manage payroll administration and oversee employee benefits programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, covering recruitment, performance management, and compensation.
• Proven ability to develop and improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical‑thinking and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment.
