About the role
We are expanding a popular café in Saad Al Abdullah, Kuwait and need enthusiastic coffee professionals to join our team. Two positions are open: a Head Barista to lead the coffee program and a Café Crew member to support daily service.
Key responsibilities
- Head Barista: oversee specialty coffee preparation, maintain espresso and brewing standards, train and mentor bar staff, ensure consistent service quality.
- Café Crew: prepare hot and cold beverages, assist customers, keep the café clean and hygienic, support daily operations under the Head Barista’s guidance.
Required profile
- Head Barista: 2–3 years of experience in specialty coffee and café operations.
- Café Crew: 1–2 years of café or customer‑service experience preferred.
