Immediate Hiring – Warehouse In‑Charge & Customs Relations Officer

About the role

We are seeking two experienced professionals to join our logistics team in Farwaniya, Kuwait. The Warehouse In‑Charge will lead daily warehouse operations, while the Customs Relations Officer will manage all import‑export compliance activities. Immediate availability is preferred for both positions.

Key responsibilities

• Warehouse In‑Charge: supervise warehouse staff, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensure safety standards, and operate a forklift.
• Warehouse In‑Charge: handle relocation and moving tasks when required.
• Customs Relations Officer: oversee customs clearance processes, prepare and submit required documentation, and obtain necessary government approvals.
• Customs Relations Officer: maintain communication with customs authorities and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Warehouse In‑Charge: minimum 10 years of warehouse operations experience; forklift certification; experience in the relocation/moving industry is a plus.
• Customs Relations Officer: thorough knowledge of import and export procedures, customs regulations, and government approvals; fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Both roles: immediate joining preferred.
