Information Technology Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead our technology function and drive digital transformation. The role will shape IT strategy, ensure secure and reliable infrastructure, and partner with business leaders to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead digital transformation projects that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of servers, networks, telecommunications, databases, and end‑user computing.
• Ensure system availability, scalability, performance, and manage upgrades, migrations, and technology refreshes.
• Direct disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and data backup processes.
• Act as Information Security Lead, implementing cybersecurity controls and compliance standards.
• Manage enterprise applications, including ERP systems, integrations, reporting tools, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing IT team, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
• Handle vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles, preferably as an IT Manager or similar.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation and manage large‑scale projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
