Information Technology Manager

About the role

The Information Technology Manager will lead and continuously improve the company's IT function, covering IFS, infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity and end‑user support. The role ensures secure, reliable and cost‑effective services that align with business objectives and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy, roadmap and annual plan in line with business priorities.
• Lead all IT domains – IFS, infrastructure, networks, cloud (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity, business applications and support.
• Guarantee availability, reliability, security and performance of critical systems.
• Set and monitor KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics for high‑quality service delivery.
• Oversee implementation, enhancement and support of IFS and other business applications.
• Drive IT projects and digital transformation initiatives within scope, budget and schedule.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that boost efficiency and security.
• Define and enforce IT policies, standards and procedures.
• Maintain cybersecurity controls, data protection, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity across on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Manage IT risks, regulatory compliance and software licensing.
• Prepare and control the IT budget, ensuring cost‑effective investment.
• Administer vendor contracts, performance and relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop the IT team, ensuring skill growth and succession planning.
• Promote a customer‑focused culture and improve end‑user satisfaction.
• Report regularly to executive management on performance, initiatives, risks and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, AWS, Azure or cybersecurity are a plus.
