Instrument Analyzer Technician

About the role

Anton Oilfield Services Group is hiring an Instrument Analyzer Technician in Kuwait through its On Sync Energy Management Services Company. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance of online analyzers and laboratory equipment used in oil and gas and petrochemical facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on online analyzers and laboratory equipment.
• Install, inspect, calibrate, test and repair analyzers such as Gas Chromatographs (GC), BS&W, salt-in-crude, oil-in-water, H2S, O2, hydrocarbon gas, moisture, color and density analyzers.
• Diagnose analyzer faults and troubleshoot associated instrumentation and equipment.
• Maintain calibration records so analyzers operate accurately and reliably.
• Monitor and arrange timely requirements for calibration gases, carrier gases and other consumables.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and report equipment issues and completed activities to supervisors.

Required profile

• Diploma in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience installing, maintaining, calibrating and repairing industrial analyzers.
• Hands-on experience with online Gas Chromatographs and other process analyzers.
