Instrumentation Supervisor

About the role

Anton Oilfield Services Group is hiring an Instrumentation Supervisor for its On Sync Energy Management Services Company in Kuwait. The role supervises and coordinates instrumentation and control maintenance, plans maintenance activities and ensures compliance with HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly work schedules for preventive maintenance, overhauls and other planned activities.
• Initiate requisitions for spare parts, special tools, test equipment and maintenance materials.
• Supervise and coordinate instrumentation and control maintenance personnel.
• Maintain equipment history, maintenance records and instrument logs.
• Coordinate manpower and material needs for preventive, corrective, breakdown and overhaul activities.
• Execute and monitor preventive maintenance programs; perform and supervise maintenance of instrumentation, control systems and protective devices.
• Coordinate instrument repair, testing and troubleshooting.
• Monitor audit findings and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe maintenance practices.
• Prepare maintenance reports and track manpower, spare parts and resource utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline with at least 6 years of experience in instrumentation and control maintenance in the Oil & Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical industry.
• OR a diploma in the same fields with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as a Senior Technician.
• Experience with maintenance planning, work scheduling, spare parts and resource management.
