Internal Audit Internship

About the role

Our Internal Audit Internship offers a hands‑on introduction to the audit function within KPMG Kuwait. You will work alongside experienced auditors, gaining exposure to audit methodologies, risk assessment and client engagements while evaluating whether a career in internal audit aligns with your aspirations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing internal audit engagements under supervision.
• Support data collection, documentation and analysis of audit findings.
• Participate in risk assessments and control testing.
• Prepare preliminary workpapers and contribute to audit reports.
• Collaborate with audit team members to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an accounting or finance degree program.
• Pursuing ACCA, CA, CMA or CPA certification.
• Strong academic performance and interest in internal audit.
