About the role
Synergy Professional is looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead the internal audit function in its Abdali office, Kuwait. The role is full‑time and requires immediate joining.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and oversee internal audit engagements across the organization.
- Assess internal controls, risk management processes and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Develop and implement audit methodologies and improvement initiatives.
- Manage the internal audit team and coordinate audit activities.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of relevant internal audit experience.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification is mandatory.
- Transferable residency in Kuwait.
- Very good command of English.
- Available for immediate joining.
