Inventory Analyst

About the role

The Inventory Analyst will ensure accurate inventory and item master data, produce operational and management reports, develop dashboards, and support inventory planning across Kuwait and GCC operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports covering stock position, aging, expiry, wastage, variances and turnover.
• Analyze trends, highlight shortages or excess stock, and support setting of Min/Max levels, safety stock and forecasting inputs.
• Maintain item/SKU master data across ERP, SUPY and reporting systems, performing data‑quality checks and resolving inconsistencies.
• Coordinate the GCC Item Unification Project, mapping existing items to a standardized structure and managing project documentation.
• Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, automate reporting where possible, and provide ad‑hoc analysis for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in inventory analysis and master‑data management, preferably in Food & Beverage.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic highly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboard creation).
• Experience with ERP systems and SUPY.
• Data analysis and reporting proficiency.
