Inventory Control Officer – Kuwait

About the role
The Inventory Control Officer will oversee inventory accuracy across multiple company sites in Kuwait. You will ensure that stock records match physical counts and support the preparation of audit‑ready documentation. This role requires strong analytical abilities and a willingness to travel between locations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts at all company locations.
- Support annual stock‑take activities and verify sales, deliveries, and inventory records.
- Reconcile physical counts with ERP data, identify discrepancies and report them promptly.
- Prepare daily inventory reports and maintain supporting documentation.
- Assist internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or auditing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to travel between sites.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
