Inventory & Logistics Team Leader/Manager

About the role

The Inventory & Logistics Team Leader/Manager will drive end‑to‑end inventory and logistics operations, ensuring product availability across all sales channels. This role combines strategic planning, warehouse oversight, and supplier coordination to deliver seamless distribution and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inventory and logistics functions to meet business delivery targets.
• Oversee shipment clearance, customs procedures, and supplier deliveries until stock is received and distributed.
• Manage inventory planning, stock replenishment, buffer levels and lifecycle of SIM cards, recharge cards, devices and other commercial assets.
• Ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate stock classification, item coding and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate return‑to‑vendor activities, logistics handling and supplier returns.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and implement actions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Sales, Warehouse, IT and Logistics teams to support business objectives.
• Identify and lead process‑improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies, ISMS and health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, warehousing or supply‑chain operations.
• Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with ERP and inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
