About the role
The Inventory & Operations Coordinator will oversee stock management, purchasing activities and operational processes for an electrical trading business in Kuwait. This role ensures optimal inventory levels, supports supplier relationships and contributes to efficient supply chain performance.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor inventory movements.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and liaise with suppliers.
- Prepare and analyse inventory reports, identifying slow‑moving and non‑moving items.
- Implement improvements to enhance inventory performance.
- Support basic accounting tasks related to inventory transactions.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, purchasing or operations.
- Experience in electrical trading companies is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical materials.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using ERP software for inventory and purchasing functions.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
