Inventory & Operations Coordinator – Kuwait

About the role

The Electrical Trading Company seeks an experienced Inventory & Operations Coordinator to oversee stock management, purchasing, and supplier relations in its Ahmadi, Kuwait facility. The role focuses on maintaining optimal inventory levels, generating accurate reports, and supporting the company's electrical materials business.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring availability of critical electrical materials.
• Manage purchasing processes, negotiate with suppliers, and track order fulfillment.
• Prepare and analyse inventory reports, highlighting slow‑moving and non‑moving items.
• Implement improvements to enhance inventory turnover and reduce excess stock.
• Collaborate with accounting to reconcile inventory values and support basic financial tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, purchasing, or operations, preferably within an electrical trading environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical materials and components.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP software for inventory and procurement.
