Inventory & Operations Coordinator (Kuwait)

About the role
We are seeking an Inventory & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role focuses on managing stock levels, purchasing activities and supporting the overall supply chain within an electrical trading environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Monitor stock levels, identify slow‑moving or non‑moving items and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate purchasing processes, liaise with suppliers and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Prepare and analyse inventory and purchasing reports using ERP and Excel.
- Support basic accounting tasks related to inventory valuation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, purchasing or operations, preferably within an electrical trading company.
- Strong knowledge of electrical materials and components.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with ERP software for inventory and purchasing management.
