Inventory Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Specialist to ensure accurate stock management across our entertainment operations. The role will support procurement, monitor inventory movement, and guarantee that all operational departments have the materials they need.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all departments, including spare parts, consumables, uniforms, merchandise and operational supplies.
• Receive, inspect and record incoming stock, performing daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts.
• Monitor stock levels, identify replenishment needs and coordinate with procurement and operations teams.
• Investigate discrepancies, implement corrective actions and support annual physical inventory counts.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock analysis and ensure proper storage and organization within the ERP system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or stock management.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English and ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience using ERP or dedicated inventory management systems.
