IT Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team in Kuwait City. The role involves managing day‑to‑day IT operations, ensuring system stability, and supporting end‑users across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft O365 services.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues promptly.
• Manage IT assets, perform backup and restoration tasks, and enforce basic security compliance.
• Develop and run PowerShell scripts for automation, monitoring, patching, and reporting.
• Integrate PowerShell workflows with SQL databases for data‑driven administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on IT support and administration experience.
• Relevant certifications in system administration, networking, or Microsoft technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Valid Kuwait driving license or ability to obtain one.
• Residency in Kuwait with a transferable visa.
