IT Administrator – Kuwait City

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team in Kuwait City. The role involves managing the day‑to‑day IT infrastructure, supporting end‑users, and ensuring the reliability of our systems and networks.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft O365 services.
• Perform hardware and network troubleshooting to resolve incidents promptly.
• Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking and lifecycle planning.
• Execute backup and restoration procedures and enforce basic IT security compliance.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, monitoring, patching, and reporting.
• Integrate PowerShell workflows with SQL databases for data‑driven tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on IT support and administration experience.
• Relevant certifications in system administration, networking, or Microsoft technologies.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence or ability to obtain one.
• Available in Kuwait with a transferable visa.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
