IT Administrator – Kuwait City

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team in Kuwait City. The role involves managing Windows environments, Microsoft O365, and supporting hardware and network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows operating systems.
• Administer Microsoft O365 services and related user accounts.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT assets, backup and restoration processes.
• Ensure basic IT security compliance.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, monitoring, patching and reporting.
• Integrate PowerShell scripts with SQL databases for data‑driven tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on IT support and administration experience.
• Relevant certifications in system administration, networking or Microsoft technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and user‑support skills.
• Attention to detail, adaptability and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence or ability to obtain one.
• Residency in Kuwait with a transferable visa.
