IT Administrator – Kuwait City

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team in Kuwait City. The role involves managing the day‑to‑day IT environment, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems across the organization.
• Administer Microsoft Office 365 services, including user provisioning and licensing.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues, providing timely resolution.
• Manage IT assets, track inventory, and oversee lifecycle processes.
• Perform backup and restoration activities, ensuring data integrity.
• Implement basic IT security compliance measures.
• Develop and run PowerShell scripts for automation, monitoring, patching, and reporting.
• Integrate PowerShell scripts with SQL databases for data‑driven tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on IT support and administration experience.
• Relevant certifications in system administration, networking, or Microsoft technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence or ability to obtain one.
• Residency in Kuwait with a transferable visa.
