IT & Branch Systems Support Officer

About the role

We are seeking an IT & Branch Systems Support Officer to maintain and support the technology infrastructure of a multi‑branch restaurant group in Kuwait. The role combines network administration, point‑of‑sale (POS) system management, and on‑site troubleshooting across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, monitor and maintain Ubiquiti/UniFi networking equipment including Dream Machine, access points, switches, cameras and controllers.
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, PoE, printers, CCTV, IP phones and other peripheral devices.
• Support POS hardware such as Epson/KOT printers, Zebra label printers, barcode scanners and related aggregator devices.
• Provide remote assistance and conduct on‑site visits to resolve critical operational issues.
• Ensure 24/7 on‑call availability for urgent incidents and follow through until resolution.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Ubiquiti/UniFi infrastructure.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot networking and restaurant‑specific IT equipment.
• Willingness to be on call 24/7 and travel to branch locations as needed.
• Persistent, practical approach with strong follow‑up skills.
