IT Coordinator – Hospitality Technology Support

About the role

As an IT Coordinator within Hilton’s hotel environment, you will ensure that all technology systems and equipment operate flawlessly, delivering the seamless digital experience that guests expect. You will combine technical expertise with a hospitality mindset to support both guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to equipment and connectivity service requests, maintaining compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards.
• Maintain and track inventory of hardware, software, and related technology assets.
• Install, set up, and dismantle audio‑visual, communication, networking, and other IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Provide end‑user training and technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Process equipment and service billing for guests, resolve concerns, and authorize necessary adjustments.
• Document all repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests, flagging items that need further attention.
