IT Core Banking Support – Level 2/3

About the role

The role provides Level 2 and Level 3 support for mission‑critical core banking applications in Kuwait. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the applications remain available, performant, and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot configuration, integration, data, access, and system issues (L2).
• Apply approved configuration changes, minor fixes, and support routine deployments.
• Coordinate escalations with internal teams and vendors.
• Resolve complex, recurring, and high‑impact incidents (L3).
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
• Support major upgrades, migrations, and architectural changes.
• Drive performance optimisation and stability improvements.

Required profile

• Experience providing application support in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
