IT Officer (1‑Month Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Officer for a short‑term, one‑month assignment in Ardhiya. The role involves providing first‑line IT support to end‑users and assisting with the management of IT assets. The position is full‑time, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Maintain and update IT asset records and ensure proper asset allocation.
• Assist with the configuration and monitoring of domain controllers, firewalls and attendance systems.
• Support antivirus solution deployment and updates across the organization.
• Collaborate with users to resolve connectivity problems (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, firewalls and network fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
