About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading restaurant management company. You will play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and driving technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Implement and monitor security measures for the organization’s IT environment.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute IT projects.
• Ensure software and hardware are up to date and functioning optimally.
• Train staff on new systems and technologies as needed.
• Document IT processes and maintain records of changes.
• Assist in budget planning for IT‑related expenses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Knowledge of network systems, databases, and cloud services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
