IT Support Executive – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Executive to join our team in Kuwait City. The role involves providing day‑to‑day technical assistance to internal users and ensuring smooth operation of IT services. You will collaborate with other IT staff to maintain system reliability and support business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents reported by staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
• Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Provide remote support via phone or remote‑access tools.
• Assist in the rollout of software updates and security patches.
• Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with user account management and access permissions.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT support or help‑desk role.
• Based in or willing to work in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tickets.
• Familiarity with standard office applications.
