About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Executive to join our team in Kuwait City. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day‑to‑day IT support tasks and ensuring smooth operation of the organization’s technology environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for end‑users.
Maintain and support hardware, software, and network components.
Respond to support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Required profile

Proven experience in an IT support role.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
Residency in Kuwait and willingness to work on‑site.
