IT Technical Support Coordinator

About the role

The IT Technical Support Coordinator will join AlTijaria Group’s internal IT team in Kuwait City. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering day‑to‑day technical assistance to employees, ensuring that hardware, software and network services run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and prioritize support tickets from internal users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues, including PC configuration and OS setup.
• Install, configure and maintain printers and other IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT teams for escalated problems.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and update knowledge bases.
• Support roll‑outs of new IT tools, monitor system performance and enforce security best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
